The current functionality of SmartPTT Express includes:
- Voice calls – incoming/outgoing individual and group calls.
- Multiselect group – outgoing call to several talk groups simultaneously.
- Patching – dubbing of incoming and outgoing calls from one talk group to another (one or several).
- Patch monitor – an administrator / supervisor can see all activated patches (by him and other dispatchers) in the system in real-time and disable them if necessary.
- Emergency notifications – emergency signals for talkgroups, alarm tones and visual indication in dispatch console; automatic increase of the volume in a talk group in case of emergency.
- Voice recording – replaying and filtering the records to investigate the incidents.
- User interface customization – creation of several dispatch layouts with access rights to them, flexible adjustment of any element availability and arrangement.
